Recommended for the person truly seeing a professional day of coordination to guarantee a smooth and flawless wedding to run point.
Half Day - Half Day 6-8hrs of coordination $750.00
(includes travel under 2hrs) - Will need to consult regarding half day depending on needs and venue requirements. This option will benefit those needing to book a coordinator for venue required purposes.
Design/Decorating only
$1,000- $1,500 starting
Client will rent/purchase all supplies on their own and pay for their wedding ceremony + reception space to be decorated. Eternal events will provide labor only, no supplies.
$2,500 starting
If you would like to book Eternal to decorate/design your wedding space there is a recommended starting labor budget of $1,500 plus a starting budget of $1,000 to rent/purchase supplies for simple weddings. The more detailed and more complex work you would like done will require both budgets to be increased.

The Modest Package
For the person who already has the vision and just needs help with the execution on the day of . This included guiding decisions, create deadlines and ensuring everything goes over smoothly. $3,500 starting
Partial Planning- 12 months at $750.00
Partial pre wedding planning would include minimal planning to assist and guide your decisions. We would help lead you in the right direction, recommend vendors and ideas, give you insight or where to start. You would be in charge of scheduling appointments or consultations with these vendors.
Day of Coordination $750.00
This includes a Day of Coordinator to help day of with logistics, rehearsal management, wedding day timeline, greeting guests, overseeing vendors and guest, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Event Staff Set Up $1,000.00
This will be anywhere from 3-7 staff members at roughly $200-400 each per person for hours of coverage. Event staff members work tremendously hard to set up for your big day! They prep the night before, box truck rental and mileage is required, and then spend 10 plus hours the day of helping to create your special day.
Event Decor Budget $1,000.00
This is the actual budget to purchase supplies for the event, i.e rent linens, chargers, thankyou or menu cards, table numbers, welcome signage, large pictures blown up, rose petals, aisle runner, vases, lights, batteries, etc! *does not include florals*

The Royal Package
For the person who would like the royal treatment. You want a planner during every step of the way. From going on tours with you, to calling vendors and scheduling appointments, we would assist during your entire process and design your space for an epic wedding or event! $5,000 starting
Full Service Planning 12 months @ $1000.00
This includes pre wedding, full service planning of your event including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling appointments, reviewing contracts, design ideas, seating plans etc.
Day of Coordination 10 hrs @ $1000.00
